Preview, Printing, and Output

10. Preview, Printing, and Output

10.1 Single Label Preview

The single label preview allows users to view one label at a time before printing or exporting. This preview shows how the label will appear in its final form.

By reviewing the label in preview mode, users can check text alignment, element placement, and data accuracy. This step helps identify issues early and reduces the need for reprints.

The preview interface has been optimized for faster rendering and clearer output visualization.

10.2 Batch Preview and Thumbnail Rendering

Batch preview displays multiple labels generated from different data records. Thumbnail views provide a quick visual overview of several labels at once.

This feature is useful for checking consistency across multiple labels, especially when generating labels in bulk using data-driven content.

10.3 Test Print (PDF Output)

Test print allows users to generate a PDF version of the label for review purposes. This output helps users validate layout, spacing, and formatting without producing final or bulk outputs.

Test printing is recommended before final production to ensure the design meets printing requirements.

10.4 Production Print (Bulk PDF Output)

Production print is used to generate final output files for multiple labels at once. This option is typically used after the design and data have been reviewed and approved.

Bulk output helps save time and ensures that large quantities of labels are generated efficiently and consistently.

10.5 Regenerating Labels

If label data or design changes after initial output, users can regenerate labels without creating a new project. Regeneration applies the updated data or design settings to the existing configuration.

This feature helps maintain accuracy when updates are required and avoids unnecessary duplication of work.

10.6 Watermarks and Trial Restrictions

During trial usage, generated labels may include watermarks or have certain usage limitations. These restrictions help differentiate trial outputs from final production labels.

Once the account is upgraded, watermarks are removed based on the selected subscription plan.
